Last updated: October 5, 2026

Welcome to Udinus Ular Tangga (also referred to as Ular Tangga), an educational casual 2D board game developed and published by PT. DIAN NUSWANTORO TEKNOLOGI & INFORMASI in collaboration with Lab Udinus. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting any information you may share while using this application.

1. Information We Collect

Udinus Ular Tangga is primarily an offline game and does not require an internet connection for core gameplay features, except during optional multiplayer sessions. We do not collect or store any personal data or personally identifiable information on our servers.

The only piece of information that may be stored is your username / player nickname, which is used locally during gameplay and multiplayer sessions. This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or to any external third party.

2. How We Use the Information

The locally stored username is used solely for in-game purposes—such as displaying your name to other players during multiplayer sessions and tracking game turns. We do not use this information for advertising, tracking, profiling, analytics, or any purpose outside the game's core functionality.

3. Data Storage and Security

All application data is stored locally on your device. We do not access, process, or manage this data on remote servers. As such, the security of your local data depends entirely on your own device settings and security measures.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

For full clarity and compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, the following types of data are not collected, stored, or processed:

• Precise or approximate location data (GPS or network-based)
• Contacts, camera photos, or media files
• Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number, physical address)
• Device identifiers or hardware identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, Android ID, Advertising ID)
• Behavioral tracking, telemetry, or third-party analytics
• Payment, banking, or financial data

5. Children's Privacy (Google Play Families Policy Compliance)

Udinus Ular Tangga is designed as an educational game for players of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We strictly adhere to child privacy protection standards (including COPPA and the Google Play Families Policy). We do not collect any personal information from children or any users. The application does not require account registration, login credentials, or personal profile creation.

6. User Rights and Data Control

Because no personal data is collected or retained on remote servers, there is no need for data access, correction, or deletion requests. You have complete control over any data stored locally on your device, and you may delete it at any time by clearing the application's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
